Working with Kentucky Gardens, a nonprofit community garden in Ohio City, was a fantastic experience. Meeting the board and learning about their organization firsthand was insightful and inspiring. I took the opportunity to visit the garden site to gain a deeper understanding of the neighborhood it serves and the impact it has. It was eye-opening to see how the garden positively influences the community and the diverse range of people who benefit from it.
